I have over 7 years experience as a Realtor. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I served 23 years in the US Navy. After retiring I owned and operated a successful Home remodeling and construction company for 15 years. The knowledge and experience gained in the remodeling and home construction industry has proved to be a valuable asset to my clients, both buyers and sellers. As Retired Navy, I am aware of many of the problems that are unique to military personnel. Having experienced many of the problems Military families faces during relocation, I have been able to advise my Military Clients on routs that can be taken that will allow them to avoid some of the stress and frustration associated with a PCS transfer. My knowledge of Short Sales has proved to be helpful to home owners that are upside down (the market value of their home is less than is owed and the owner is unable to make the mortgage payments) on their mortgage and seek to acquire permission from their mortgage company to sell their home. Since being in the field of Real Estate, I have acquired many hours of training in Real Estate law, contracts, ethics, financing, and residential real estate appraisal. I work tireless on behalf of my clients and I am always available to provide assistance or to answer questions. Dedication to my client continues long after the closing on the transaction. In addition to being a reliable and respected Real Estate Agent, I am also a leader in the community. I have served in Woodstock recreation league as a youth baseball and football coach, athletic equipment director, Vice President, and for the last 10 years as President and Area Chairman.
